2. Submit your bank tellers to the Head Teachers
3. Cash payments are not encouraged but in case it is unavoidable, the cash may be handed to any of the cashiers on the premises together with additional N1500 only to cover costs to carry out the banking process on the parent/guardian’s behalf.
4. Registration fees are non-refundable.
5. School fees are refundable within the first 14 days (including weekends) of the start of the term for which it is paid. Afterwards, no refund will be allowed in case of withdrawal of the pupil.
6. Instalment payments are allowed. All instalments must be completed within the first 30 days of the term in regular amounts up to a maximum of 2 equal payments.
If a pupil is adhering to the regular payments, he/she will continue to be admitted to the bus and to class. If a pupil misses an instalment or extends payment beyond 30 days he/she will be treated as a defaulter. If a pupil makes no payments for the first two weeks, he/she will receive defaulter status and fund-drive measures will apply.
7. Payment drive will normally begin in the third week of the school term in cases of:
- No payment for the first 2 weeks
- Missed instalment
- Extension of instalments beyond 30 days.
Affected pupils will be disallowed entry into the school buses and classroom. A pupil that fails to pay fees until the end of the term will be withdrawn. Re – admission will be required:
- A new registration (payment of registration form fee)
- Full payment of arrears owing
- Full payment of new term fees
